Meet our Founders

Nupur Bhatnagar

Nupur, an MBA graduate and alumni of Sophia College Ajmer, brings over 20 years of extensive operations management experience to Alliance Transfusion. She has successfully established two organizations from inception, demonstrating expertise in logistics, regulatory compliance, and business process optimization. Nupur's background includes key roles at leading healthcare firms such as Morepen Laboratories and Bio-Rad Laboratories, where she spearheaded the launch of innovative products in the Indian market. As a founder member of Alliance Transfusion, Nupur is instrumental in driving the company's success, including the development of patented blood safety solutions.

Kartik Jain

Kartik, with a flourishing career spanning more than 25 years in diagnostics and healthcare, boasts comprehensive expertise in pathology, microbiology, blood transfusion, hematology, and molecular biology. Prior to co-founding Alliance Transfusion, Kartik served as a country sales head for two organizations, achieving remarkable sales figures and introducing groundbreaking products in India. His educational background includes life sciences from the University of Delhi, B.Tech in Computer Systems from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA in Sales & Marketing. Kartik's extensive experience at esteemed firms like Johnson & Johnson and Ranbaxy Laboratories, followed by his role as Business Development Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Bio-Rad Laboratories, positions him as a pivotal figure in Alliance Transfusion's journey of innovation and patent development in blood safety solutions.
